Michael Dunlop, Founder and CEO of OR Training & Personal Development Ltd and is an award-winning, internationally recognised NLP Trainer, Leadership Consultant, and Executive Coach.

 

In addition to his Coaching and Professional Consultancy work, Michael is a Visiting Lecturer at Ulster University Business School; An Associate Consultant and Partner for The Northern Ireland Chief Executives’ Forum and The Health & Social Care Leadership Centre and has worked with some of the most recognisable organisations in Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK.

 

With an academic background in Management, Corporate Governance, Psychology and Neuroscience, Michael is also an International Ambassador and the Specialist Envoy for Government for the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP), the Association for NLP Professionals and is a frequent writer in this field.

 

His work with the Northern Ireland Chief Executive’s Forum supports senior public service leaders in dealing effectively with the realities and challenges of leadership within systems often resistant to change.

He is passionate about NLP and its practical applications for helping people and organisations to become more effective in leading and creating change and making a positive difference for themselves and others.
